I like to write at home. In my space. With my cat and endless supply of water, coffee, and various other drinks.

There's nothing tidy about my desk (much to the chagrin of my husband), but I thrive in chaos.

I'm a plantser. I spend a lot of time planning, researching, outlining, and then much of it goes out the window once I begin drafting. But I enjoy having a framework before I type the first sentence.

I will often pick a single album or playlist and listen to it on repeat for the entire process.

Walking helps me figure out plot points. Whenever I'm stuck or can't figure something out, a walk almost always helps.
